We hope you love our products as much as we do and that they arrive in perfect condition. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the items you purchased through our website, please call our Customer Centre on +44 (0)8000 699464 or email email@example.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the product and we will be happy to cancel your order and arrange a refund or exchange.
For cancelled orders, unopened products should be returned to us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days after the day you cancelled your order with us. If your product is opened and unsuitable, you can return your item within 28 days for a full refund.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days after the day we received the returned products, or within 14 calendar days after the day you provide evidence that the products were returned to us.
If you have cancelled your order because you have changed your mind, and your order has already been despatched, you will have to pay the costs for returning the products. We also recommend that you use a tracked postage service, in case you need to provide evidence of postage.
You can cancel your order from any time prior to your order being processed, to within 14 days of you receiving your products.
Please note, orders are usually processed on the same day they are received (Monday – Friday), so if your order has already been despatched, you will need to follow the Returns & Exchanges procedure, once you receive the goods.

To return products, please download and complete the Returns Form PDF (found at the bottom of this page) and send this back to us with the products.
If you would like to claim for return charges (in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect goods), you will also need to included receipts showing the returns charges. Please ensure you include original receipts only. Aya Natural recommends you take a copy of the receipt for your own records.
Please note: it may take some time for returned goods to reach us. Returned items will be processed within two (2) working days of receipt. Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it. Aya Natural cannot be held responsible for damage to the goods in return transit, and any damage may affect your returns process. We advise you use a carrier that offers parcel tracking and insurance.
If the products you receive are damaged, faulty or not what your ordered, please call our Customer Centre on +44 (0)8000 699464 or email email@example.com within 21 days of receiving the products and our team will be able to arrange an exchange or full refund, after we have received the returned products. In this instance, we will cover the additional returns postage costs. In unusual circumstances, we may ask for photographic evidence of the damage.
